All domestic orders are shipped within Australia using Australia Post.

Orders are shipped in batches, so please check the shipping dates announced on the website before placing your order. Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and Australia Post's delivery network.

NAZ POWER is not responsible for postal delays, delivery disruptions or delays caused by Australia Post once your parcel has been lodged. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as I cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a tracked service. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or additional processing charges, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. NAZ POWER is not responsible for customs delays, postal delays, or fees and charges imposed by customs authorities, postal services or courier companies once the parcel has left Australia.
